About me

Introduction My granny taught me how to knit, crochet and embroider when I was 6. A few years later I brought the old sewing machine, which actually was just for decoration in our apartment, back to life. Even as a little girl I enjoyed making my own clothes and accessories. From 15 to 20 I went to a school of applied arts and graduated as a textile designer. After that I served an apprenticeship in dressmaking. The plan was to continue with fashion design but things turned out a little differently :) Now as a mother of three I live on a little island in the Cyclades and still do what I always loved to do: needlework. Since the crisis hit Greece, the number of customers for fancy dresses has dropped. Doing alterations does not really fill me with joy, so I searched for another option, to be creative and at the same time be able to feed my family. That gave me the idea to sew miniatures of the clothes that come to my mind and sell them all over the world...
