| Introduction | I am a 63 y/o mother of 3 and grandmother of 4 who has been on this roller coaster of weight loss and gain for most of my life. I live in Colorado and love my Rocky Mountains. I met and married my DH(Dear Hubby) when I was 16 and he was 19 so if you aren't good at math, that is 46 years. As I began preparing for my wls(weight loss surgery) I went to blog after blog after blog and while truly enjoying and learning from everything I was reading, one thing stood out. Everyone was in their 20's, 30's or maybe 40's. There was no one my age out there doing this. Now perhaps it is because there are few seriously obese people who live past 60 or perhaps it is because people my age are not into technology but regardless of the reason I am here to change that and I hope lots of people of every age will come along with me. |
