When you open your eyes underwater, do you ever worry that you'll drown?
Much to my disappointment, I was never able to open my eyes underwater. That's why I have to wear goggles and look like a frog. But I don't worry I'll drown when my eyes are open then... wouldn't drowning be more likely when you see the depths rather than when blindly ignorant? (I'm being metaphorical and drifting away from the literal again, this isn't really about swimming anymore...)
