Introduction	I am not an official member of any spiritual group although much of what I study comes from a series of PATHWORK lectures I came across while living in New York in the mid-1970s. In the last number of years, I've included a focus on Buddhist practices, particularly Insight Meditation - sitting, breathing, taking things in, letting them out. Through it all, my art has always remained important to me - it's just what I love to do - and so as I sit, breathe, take things in and let them out, this is one of the things that emerged - these sessions - using the art that I love to do.
