| Introduction | I was born Buddhist and the way of my life is somewhat defined by the Buddhist Values, Principles and Ethics. Of course, I am not a hardcore practitioner, however, simplicity offers me the best opportunity to present a kind of person I am. I always trust the actions than believing in words.Though I may not have the capacity to inspire and help all, but for those who have come across in my life have not been hurtful. I give the best part of my life through volunteerism. There is much we learn when we give to others than when we set expectations from others. Buddha said, "desires are the main causes of sorrows". So, help others if we can, if not at least do not harm them. "'All conditioned things are impermanence'-when one sees this with wisdom, one turns away from sufferings"'.
