Introduction	I'm a 26 year old wife, new mommy, and Type 1 diabetic. Our daughter, Katherine, was born September 15, 2011 and has forever changed our lives. I taught kindergarten and second grade, until I was laid off with the budget cuts. My husband works for the state of California. We're proud parents of 3 kitties and 1 rescued chihuahua. We met in February 2006, were engaged November 2007 and married June 2009.
