Introduction	Dr. Joseph A. Bagnall has taught United States history and political science at the college level for many years. His past pubications include: President John Fitzgerald Kennedy's Grand and Global Alliance: World Order for the New Century, The Kennedy Option: Pursuit of World Law, The Survival Hot List: Resolving the Seven Deadly Trends, and John Fitzgerald Kennedy: Spokesman for the New Century. In 1985 he wrote and produced a television documentary titled, John F. Kennedy's Lost Pathway to Peace. This production was hosted by Robert Vaughn, and it aired on TBS and KCET on the 70th anniversary of JFK's birth. Dr. Bagnall was interviewed by Charles Osgood on the CBS Radio network on the 75th anniversary of JFK's birth.
