Introduction I graduated from CSU in Colorado, did an M.A. in Texas in Lingusitics and then worked with Wycliffe in Thailand doing linguistic survey work. Through the years have taught French, linguistics, English Lit...at the high school and university levels...I currently teach a large a bible study and write and edit. I met Jesus when I was around 15...a rebellious, drug-addicted Catholic. Later, I left the Catholic church and got into a small charismatic bible church where I heard solid bible teaching for the first time. I've been in many different sorts of churches on this journey. I have a passion to awaken the "church" to real kingdom living, the kind Jesus had in mind for us to live. I hate what I see in the institutional church--the settling for Sunday love and niceness, a bit of encouraging teaching that cheers up a bit, but never goes deep, never gets into our bones and the core of who we are every day and what we're doing and WHO we're living for...
