Introduction	I have been a student of social science and working as Reader and Head in the Department Of Political Science, Dayanand Vedic P.G. College,Orai (Maharshi Uddalak’s worship place),U.P. I belong to a family which has been devoted to moral values and where a literary, academic and social environment prevailed. I have written so many articles on various issues (some are published in research journals) and some books in Political Science. So many students have been awarded Ph.D. degree in Political Science from Bundelkhand University in my supervision. I have been linked with several cultural and social organizations. I feel that a really democratic social and political setup is in the interest of our country and we have to work hard to create a vigilant and constructive environment in the society .
