| Introduction | As a child and a young man I suffered mercilessly at the hands of bullies and was the victim of violent assaults. I became agoraphobic but was lucky to find my path through Martial Arts. Today I am a 5th Dan Black Belt and two of my books based on my life 'From Bullied To Black Belt' & 'An Everyday Warrior' are now being turned into a feature film.
