| Introduction | Thanks so much for stopping by and taking an interest in this site. It means a lot to know that so many people are interested in better health using more natural approaches. While there is no replacement for care from a licensed healthcare professional, staying well can be accomplished with simple, natural approaches. I am currently training in Nursing with the goal of becoming a Nurse Practitioner. I plan to incorporate my knowledge of herbs and oils to directly influence the health of my patients. As a wife and mother of 2, I strive to maintain a healthy home and environment. I think we all want a life with less chemicals, and that has been my mission. Through self-education, trial and error, I am well on my way to finding more and more natural remedies for health and wellness, as well as, reducing the chemical load in our home and in our bodies.
