| Introduction | Worked as a Product Manager at Geno Pharmaceuticals Ltd. from June 2003 to 5th August 2007. Have been promoted as Group Product Manager from 6th August and right at the moment as a head of the PMT, 2 divisions such as Geno Pharma and Clean Care are looked after by me. Implement training course for new recruits speeding profitability. Responsible for imparting Product as well as Sales training from Medical Representative to Deputy General Manager. Trained and still train people in different therapeutic segments like Ortho, Neuro, ENT, Gynae, Paed, Dent, Cardio and Diabeto. Impart Training for improving in clinic performance through role play and situation oriented detailing. Provide training on Job function, Reporting system and Administrative returns. Organize and conduct MDP and work shop for Managers and refresher course according to preplanned schedule for MRs, DMs and DSMs in the various regions. In a nut shell, have vast experience on the job training and off the job training as well. |
