| Introduction | I am the Academic Support Coordinator, American literature & Composition and AP Literature & Composition teacher at a private middle and high school. I have been teaching since 1990 and have a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education (English), a Master of Arts in Teaching (English), and a reading endorsement. I'm married with two sons. My oldest son is a special education teacher in the Salem-Keizer School District. My youngest son is in tenth grade. My favorite hobby is reading, ever since I discovered the Chronicles of Narnia at age 9. I also write poems, keep a prayer journal, and write children's novels.
