Introduction	A full-time lecturer and working mother of one, a PHD student and wannabe domestic goddess when I have the time (which isn't often). I lecture in HR and look after my son and dog!! I live with "the other half". Its all hard work, but I enjoy it!
Interests	I am doing a PHD, looking at the role of Performance Management in Higher Education (its a bit more than that, but not something I want to explain!!) I twitter alot under the name of @cbolam
