| Introduction | This is not your usual, run of the mill, frugal living blog, it is about much more than simple money saving and recycling. This is about finding ways of living a good life while running a small enterprise that offers the best value opportunities to followers and supporters. Frugaldom is the culmination of a lifelong ambition to create something special that could be fun, affordable and accessible to all. The project has developed and grown, now becoming a secluded haven for wildlife, ponies and the people who visit this little patch of wilderness in southwest Scotland. It is now home to an environmental art project, off-grid recreational hut site and one of the quirkiest campervan and motorhome sites for wildlife watchers in Scotland.
