| Introduction | Remedial Massage therapist since 2000. Have worked in private clinics, health spas and osteopathic clinics. I have studied naturopathy, acupuncture, myofascial release and human movement to further develop skills to treat soft tissue injuries. My main recognized qualification is a Diploma in Remedial Massage. Since the age of 6 I have been involved in sports - schools years were devoted to junior rugby league, training and study. Taking an offer into the Naturopathy degree, it was after the first year I wanted something more 'hands on' - after completing the diploma I have been massaging and developing treatment skills ever since. Work related injuries and treatment for athletes makes up the bulk of my work today at Holistic Massage Therapies - a private clinic in Coolangatta. Other online sites involve shin splint and piriformis syndrome treatment aimed at active people. I also have an organic gardening website and blog detailing the methods and benefits of growing produce at home - whatever the living situation. |
