Introduction	Tom Schniedwind has been serving the athletes of Special Olympics Maryland for 15 years, currently as the Executive Vice President-Sports Marketing. Tom also co-founded the MSP Plunge along with now retired Major Greg Shipley of the Maryland State Police. As a member of the Super Plunge team, a Dunker, a Splasher and a Shiver-er, he has taken about 150 chilly dips for SOMD.
