| Introduction | Greetings! My name is M.E.B, and I love to eat! I've been listening to Public Radio International's show "The Splendid Table" every Sunday afternoon on my way to work. I like that program because it is like listening to a Food Network show without the distraction of actually seeing the food. It's great for the imagination and is incredibly helpful when improvising in the kitchen. The radio show inspired me to write a blog that few people will read, but will help me keep track of the interesting things I've cooked and the places I've eaten. Each post will be about delicious food and wherever possible, include a detailed recipe! |
