| Introduction | I'm a single mom of three amazing little boys: Kenley who is 4, Payden who is 3 and Ryland who is 5 months. I love spending time with my family, reading and spending time with friends. My middle son Payden was born with Congenital Cytomegalovirus (CMV) which caused severe liver damage and eventually a liver transplant. Payden also has cerebral palsy, physical and cognitive impairments, hearing problems among other problems caused by the CMV infection. My life with Payden guides a lot of my writing because it has such a dramatic influence in our family life. |
