Introduction	I'm continuing on my journey to recovery after a tumor caused my tendon to tear and ultimately resulted in ankle reconstruction surgery. Now I've been through a second surgery to remove the screw from the first surgery that was causing me continued pain. I'm finally getting better and back to "normal"!! I love spreading kindness and bringing people together over food. I thought I'd start this blog to document my recovery, keep my friends near and far updated, and bring kindness and (now that I can stand!) cooking into other's lives! As my fellow social workers and I know, bringing kindness to and helping others actually helps you as well!
