| Introduction | I have been the CEO of large Australian education training science and technology organisations for 20 years. I have also been an advisor and reviewer to governments in the UK, Malaysia and the UAE.I have ceased CEOing to pursue a dream to create a private highly innovate tertiary education provider called The William Light Institute.
