Introduction	My name is Cassie and I am the mother to four beautiful children. I have two teenage boys, a preteen girl and a very active toddler/preschool boy. My husband is a trucker so I spend most of my time as a single mom. We don't get to see him very often. It's hard but we are adjusting. I love to cook, it's one of my passions! I love trying new recipes. I sometimes find that I am losing myself trying to take care of everyone else, so this is for me!
