| Introduction | Hello! This site, hopefully, will be one where parents, old & young, grandparents, in-laws,& anyone else can come to for a bit of encouragement, advice, or to just vent. I DO HAVE ONE RULE,HOWEVER: PLEASE DO NOT USE FOUL LANGUAGE OR SAY HATEFUL THINGS. There is enough negativity in this world right now everywhere you go...I want this site to be a refuge from that; a place of peace; a sanctuary. You may wonder about me and how I got the idea that I can help anyone. Well, I am a mother of 3, grandmother of 5, and mother-in-law of 2. I am a photographer, an artist & a writer. I have had poetry published and am currently working on a cold case mystery novel. I was a volunteer on a Suicide Crisis Hotline. I was a race car driver. I am a small business owner. I love dogs and have a Cocker Spaniel named Violet. I have been divorced, and I have been widowed. I've been pretty poor and I've been "comfortable"; never "rich". I've worked very hard for everything I've ever had; nothing was handed to me..nor would I have wanted that. I hope those who need whatever I have to offer will find this site and be glad they did. |
