| Introduction | I am currently one of the deputy principals at Whangaparaoa School on the beautiful Hibiscus Coast. Over the past sixteen years I have taught at both state and private schools and across all year levels. My strengths are in knowing my learners and providing real-world, challenging and stimulating learning experiences. I have been a dean, led curriculum teams, overseen curriculum and assessment development and been involved in staff development and mentoring. I bring a professional, calm and caring approach to leadership, where I have high expectations for my colleagues and work hard to support them. |
