| Introduction | I am a first-born female, wife, mom, "Gibba", "gramma Gail" "Gigi", sister, friend, teacher, and musician. I turned 60 this year. On 2/12/10 my life changed. Oh my did it change. I met Carl Draper. On 2/23/10 we met face to face and I fell in love then and there. In March of 2012 we were married and I fall in love all over again with him every day. There isn't a day that he doesn't make me laugh about something. I never grow tired of his smile or the sound of his voice. Carl is an attorney and I work in the field of education. Together we have 7 children and 10 grandchildren. It's one big complex blended family and we try to make it work the best we can. I have two exceptional sons, a wicked smart son-in-law, an equally wicked smart step-son, 2 exceptional daughters-in-love, and a wonderfully loving step-daughter. Carl has a son,a step-daughter and step-son. From them we have 3 grandchildren. From my kids and step kids we have 7. So together we have 10 grandchildren. I want to love others with intention, make a difference in the lives of the people I come in contact with and leave the world a little more beautiful for being here. |
