Introduction	I was born in Boca Raton, Florida on March 17th 1999. I had to quickly move away from there because it was so hot I was turning red. I then moved to Seattle, Washington and then New York City and then Seattle. When I moved to New York I started to have Lots of asthma attacks and had to go to the emergency room alot. Also when I lived in New York I found out I had color deficiency (Some people now call it color blind). At age 5 I started playing the Cello and still do. Eventually I got lot's of headaches and leg pains. My doctor wondered if I had Celiac and he tested me and the results were positive, I had Celiac. At first it seemed terrible but after awhile it seemed really good. To me Quinoa pasta was better than the wheat pasta and much more stuff was better. Without Celiac I would have never been able to write this blog. So now it seems better to have Celiac than to not.
