Introduction	The Evangelistic Singers, also known as EVS, was started over 40 years ago with a desire to "worship in spirit and in truth". To minister through music with passion, zeal, and fervor that expresses high praise to the Lord! EVS has ministered throughout the Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada, Jamaica, U.S. and British Virgin Islands, and most of the United States playing and singing blck gospel music, spirituals, traditional and urban contemporary. The ensemble travels with expectancy and a heart to evangelize, so that God may receive all the glory. Their goal is not only to worship with the saved, but also win the unsaved for the Lord and welcome them into the Family of God. The Evangelistic Singers is not just a student ministry; it is a family working for the Kingdom of God. "...the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing."--Isaiah 10:27
