| Introduction | Aloha! I am a wife and mother living a mostly raw & vegan food lifestyle. So far, I'm the only one in my family adhering to this type of plan yet I'm happy to say, my eldest daughter totally supports me and she along with other family members often sample my dishes. The recipes you will find on my blog are a tweaked version of the ones I have found on the internet or in raw food books. I tweak them to my style and taste and never will you see me taking credit for a recipe that doesn;t belong to me. I am very particular to what foods I do like so if you see a recipe posted I will tell you why I love it and how I changed it up to taste even better than the original. I have some recipes ready for my test kitchen but for now I have to concentrate on getting all the things done to make our move back to the mainland.
