| Introduction | After having been laid off for disability in 2011, I found that self-care was no longer a luxury -- it was an essential. Putting a comfort kit together was part of my healing, whether I needed a perk-me-up, a mental reset, better sleep, or a deeper connection with my spirit. While making modeling dough with my kids one day, it occurred to me that I could make some special dough, just for grownups. Over time, this is evolving into Aromatherapy Dough, with specific scents and colors combined for specific therapeutic effects. |
