Introduction	As an independent mother, I find myself continually taken over by a tremendous willingness to live in ways which honor a paradigm shift that found its way into my life about a year ago when my husband of 25 years left our 3 children and me to find himself. His narcissistic decisions and life choices turned out to be for my benefit in the end .. although I certainly did not feel that way then or for a very long time. 'Indie Mom' is a blog about my journey with parenting that blends my dreams with the cold reality of raising children outside the traditional view of most.
