| Introduction | In 2016, to the surprise and dismay of many, an orange man was elected president and for four years we watched norms of common decency and civility crash and burn. In 2021 we watched, and continue to watch, the orange man and too many supporters continue to lie and refuse to accept trump's loss. And now in 2024 we watch in horror as trump and his supporters try again. Even worse, I watch the Democratic Party debate how to convince people they are better off because of Biden's policies when the truth is if they can't make their point in 10 words or less, they've lost. This blog is my response. |
