Introduction	I'm a competetive age grouper in my second year in triathlon and a proud member of Full Throttle Endurance Racing. I've met my goals, stood on the podium, and took a trip with a friend to ride in the Pyrenees Mountains in Spain. Through all the peak heart-rates and long rides, I keep on smiling. Triathlon is a welcomed adventure.
