| Introduction | I'm 24. I recently decided that if I don't lose weight NOW, I will never lose it. I hope to some day get married and have children, so my logic is that if I don't do it now, I'll have kids, and then be heavy forever. I'm pretty lazy (this isn't deprecating to myself, it's just the way I am) and I am making an attempt to make my life healthier. My father passed away in October from a heart attack at the age of 59 and I don't want that to happen to me. Many people in my family have heart problems, in addition to many others. |
