Introduction	I'm a busy mom feeding picky kids and feeling great on a gluten-free diet. I have chosen not to have a biopsy so I don't know if I have full-blown celiac or just a severe gluten intolerance. Either way I live a delicious gluten free life and I'd love to share it with you.
