| Introduction | I love being healthy and in style. I just got married in December and the hubby and I are both lovers of exercise and healthy eating! I am a Southern California girl at heart but also lived in Chicago and wish I was back living there at times. I love everything about the city (even the winters!) I have finally found a good balance of exercise and healthy eating that makes me happy. I have my struggles too, but for the most part I take it day by day and enjoy life as much as possible. |
