| Introduction | I graduated with a degree in English from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 1977, which was the year I sold my first articles. In 1983 I published my first fiction, a short story entitled "Clinical Evaluation." From 1988 to 1990 I ran a small publishing company which released five books. I've published several short stories and many articles, including nine years as a writer for the Midlands Business Journal, and I wrote a Cliffs Notes on Willa Cather’s My Antonia. I live with my wife Cheryl and son Sean in Lincoln, Nebraska. |
