Introduction	Hi! I'm Irene (Renie to closest friends), and I am the moderator of this blog. I've been a lover of wines for as long as I can remember, but it's only been during the last few years that I've been able to truly indulge my passion for them. I belong to way too many wine (allocation) clubs. My coolers runneth over! I am a member in good standing of American Wine Society and Tex & Fritz's Wine Club Thing. My favorite thing to do is to have company, open a few bottles, and enjoy the people, the wines, the conversation, and the experience. Best of all, I get to enjoy wine in what is probably the best place to enjoy wine outside of Wine Country! Be sure to leave your comments and share your thoughts!

Favorite movies	When Harry Met Sally, Casablanca, The Ten Commandments, Sideways, The Princess Bride, All Star Wars stuff, Sleepless in Seattle, Denzel Washington and Sean Connery anything, oh yeah and George Clooney
