Introduction	I have wanted to be a writer for as long as I can remember...and, despite my supportive parents and best intentions, life has side-tracked me from pursuing this passion. Thus, my pen has become rusty. With that said, I have always been stubborn in my will, so I am hoping that this blog will find me all of the excuses I need to make writing my focus. At the very least, it could prove to be a nice escape for this old housewife.
Interests	I like cooking, running, making photo scrapbooks, taking naps, and organizing the clutter in our house. I have become dull, but I like it that way.
Favorite movies	Amelie, I Am Legend, Braveheart, Napoleon Dynamite, Borat...I know I'm missing something...
Favorite music	Nine Inch Nails, Miles Davis, gypsy music, classical....pretty much anything, aside from country.
Favorite books	Anything by Chuck Palahniuk...he has such a way of painting a picture with words!

What would you wear for camouflage if you were hiding in a gingerbread house?

Candy...and lots of it! But, then again, as a parent, I find myself wearing food (in general) quite often.
