| Introduction | I am an ACE certified health coach, nutrition scientist, and freelance writer. My graduate education, teaching, and research career have been and continue to be in the field of human nutrition and nutrition science. I am originally from a Kansas suburb of Kansas City, Missouri and I now live in Southern California with my husband and two cats. We recently moved from Ohio and I am thrilled with the change! I am passionate about human nutrition and have decided to start a blog about the science of nutrition and related news topics. I define news by the actual news and my social media news.
