| Introduction | This is my eleventh year teaching at my fantastic school, Gilbert Park Elementary. I have taught fourth grade for 8 years, a 4/5 blend for a year, and fifth grade for a year. I am lucky to be married to my beautiful wife and be the father of an energetic and spunky two year-old girl. In my free time, I play golf with Mr. King and Mr. Burton. Our favorite course in Portland is Sah Ha Lee near Clackamas. I also play basketball with my other teacher buddies from around the district on Friday mornings. I am a passionate teacher that cares about students' feelings as well as their academics. My family and I like going on hikes, bike rides, and spending time at the beach. I am blessed to teach at Gilbert Park and cherish all my time with the students and the friendships I have established with the staff. |
