Why don't you ever wear a scarf? It doesn't need to be cold outside for your neck to feel naked.
I always feel like I'm choking. Even if I'm wearing a necklace with too-short of a chain or a T-shirt that's too "tight" around my neck -- even if it's a relaxed crew neck, I just can't do it. I become too claustrophobic (and not like Squidward in this video from SpongeBob: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aiQIWpcz6tU).
