Introduction	Hi, friends! My name is Cindy, and I am blogging from beautiful Sarasota, Florida, where I work as a preschool teacher. Just a few years ago, I realized that my life was flying by, and I was missing bits and pieces of it by living with my eyes closed. By this, I mean I rarely took a moment to notice the little things, like the smell of fresh-cut grass or the beautiful shades of pink the sky turns during sunset. I was too wrapped up in stress and anxiety to notice that life is actually a beautiful thing, and that every second is worth living, even when it (for lack of a better word) sucks. I feel like I've learned at a relatively young age to appreciate everything, to notice everything, and to look at the hard times as lessons instead of catastrophes. I've been accused of looking at the world through rose-colored glasses. That's way too monochromatic for me! I have rainbow-colored glasses, and I want to share them with you.
