Introduction	Suffolk is a beautiful county,the home of the true patron Saint of England - St Edmund of large open skies, famous artists, wonderful villages, breckland and much coast land. My site is about capturing the essence of Suffolk via my long distance running. As a runner I can get to the places and parts that most people might miss. Armed with a camera I try to give a visual representation of my running and promote the beauty of Bury St Edmunds and Suffolk. I am a member of Saint Edmunds Pacers Running Club and a season ticket holder at Ipswich Town.
