| Introduction | Dance is my life. I'm dancing my life away at a local community college and teaching ballet and lyrical at a local dance studio. I started dancing at 18 and now, at 30, I'm teaching it. I struggle too often with depression and anxiety but writing it all down helps sort it out. Dance is a giant help too, of course. |
