| Introduction | I am a Civil War researcher/writer/historian/living historian and reenactor. I love sports and manage a multi-sports facility and hockey rink where I specialize in teaching/coaching hockey. I also consult with athletes much like a school guidance counselor as I determine suspensions, sort out grievances and altercations. Sort of like the sports version of Dr. Phil! I love my job, but I love life and the challenges and oddities that it presents. My passion is Civil War history and the research of Mississippi soldiers during the conflict. I do hope you come here regularly to read my rants and raves, and enjoy the small tidbits of historical information that I share when it piques my curiosity. |
