Introduction	Well hello there. My name is Audrey and I am new to the blogging universe. I am a registered dietitian who believes in balance and moderation in all things (so yes, I do eat donuts). I also love to sew, craft, cook/bake, read, garden, exercise, and spend time exploring this fabulous world in which we live. I'm always game to try new things and meet new people, but can also be a bit of a homebody. Once again, balance in all things. I'm also a realist and learn from my mistakes. So, not only will I post my successes on this blog, but I will also post my failures because I believe in the value of failure. Comment for any suggestions of topics that you would like me to cover!
