About me

Introduction	My name is Jen and my husband's name is Mike and have now been married for almost 16 years! I am a nurse and Mike works maintenance. We have 5 beautiful children. Alex is 14 and loves to ride BMX and do all kinds of crazy stunts! Tyler is 11 and loves karate where he fights and competes in weapons all over New England. Emma is 9 and is right next to Tyler competing in karate! Sean is 8 and is my little monkey! We adopted him through foster care and has been with us since he was 15 months old. He has CP, polymicrogyria, seizures, g-tube, wheelchair dependent, and nonverbal. Ayana is 5 and is from Ethiopia and has been home since she was 2. She was diagnosed with severe malnourishment. We were told that she would probably never walk and talk and would be severely delayed. She came home in April and by July she was not only walking but running and talking nonstop! Many people think we are crazy for adopting again but we look at our life and think "how much crazier can it really get!" Our new little princess Lilly has CP, cognitive and developmental delays.
