When you open your eyes underwater, do you ever worry that you'll drown?
I've been breathing through my eyes for about six years now, so, yes, when I open my eyes underwater I do worry that I'll drown. Fortunately, however, I've mastered control of my epiglottis as well, so I can open my eyes without breathing at the same time. The biggest problem is that I wake up about every thirty seconds all night, gasping with my eyes for air.
