Introduction	I am currently a candidate for a Masters in Human Resource Management at Keller Graduate School of Management. Past experiences in my professional career as an IT professional have helped me form opinions on how employees and employers can help each other achieve seperate and unified goals. The areas of HR that interest me the most are: Staffing in relation to the organization's strategy and mission; employee engagement to retain key employees; employee relations; adult education and training and development; employment law, especially workforce diversity and the EEOC; and Global HR, mainly expatriation. I am also interested in learning how HR can use social media and social networking to advance an organization. However, I find that every area of HR has its rewards because it is the total HR package that can provide the winning recipe for a successful organization.
