Introduction	As a passionate foodie but sadly not a very accomplished cook I have always wished I had experimented with cooking at an early age. I have worked with many chefs in my life and the question I always ask is "What was the first meal you remember eating as a child and thinking I want to make this, I want to learn the recipe? " This blog brings you those stories direct from the chefs with a recipe for the dish that inspired them. In the hope that those of us who are not such great chefs will have a go and remember the joy of cooking at home.
